Spring grew up in waves, and its backyards show it. Along the I-45 and Grand Parkway corridor you'll find established neighborhoods from the 1980s through the 2000s sitting alongside brand-new construction, which means one street might need a first pool designed from a blank slate while the next needs a dated pool brought back to life. Action Custom Pools does both, and we've already put that approach to work on completed projects here in Spring.
Our scope covers the whole backyard: new pool and spa construction, full renovations, covered patios and outdoor kitchens, layered lighting, smart automation, and standby home generators, all managed by one design-build team from first concept to final walkthrough. We work throughout the Spring area — Gleannloch Farms, Augusta Pines, Northampton, and the neighborhoods around Old Town Spring — with every design shaped by the individual lot rather than a catalog template.
Two Kinds of Spring Backyards
A newer lot near the Grand Parkway and an established yard from the 1990s call for different plans. We design new pools where none existed and rework aging ones with fresh finishes, tile, decking, and equipment — matching the project to the property instead of forcing one formula on both.
Permitting Handled, HOA Included
Most of Spring sits in unincorporated Harris County, and communities like Gleannloch Farms and Augusta Pines add their own architectural review on top. We manage the local permitting and HOA requirements for you, so approvals move while you focus on the design.
The Backyard as a Year-Round Room
A Spring project rarely stops at the waterline. Covered patios, outdoor kitchens, fire features, and pool lighting extend the season, while smart automation and a standby generator keep it all running on your schedule — and through Gulf Coast weather.
